Hydraulic Piling Hammer 2400 – High-Energy Piling Hammer

This Hydraulic Piling Hammer 2400 features a 1900 kg ram with an impact velocity of 4.98 m/s, delivering up to 24 kNm of maximum transferred energy. With blow rates of 80–120 bpm, the hammer provides controlled energy transfer for deeper or heavier piling tasks. The hammer is supplied in multiple configurations, ranging from 3598 kg leader-mounted to 7600 kg when free-hanging with a 914 mm guide sleeve. Its 520 mm minimum width and 4430 mm leader-mounted length make it adaptable to crane, leader or piling gate deployment for coastal, port and marine civil engineering projects.
